The only public toilets in Glebe are in Jubilee Park and (more central) HJ Foley Rest Park, and these are open only during the daytime. See the National Public Toilet Map.

The Broadway Shopping Centre has toilets, as does the University of Sydney. But the nearest pub is probably a better bet if you’re desperate.
